Summerland House With No Steps is a beautiful working farm set on 172 acres of macadamia and avocado trees, situated on the Alstonville Plateau between Lismore and Ballina.

A visit to HWNS Summerland has become ‘a must’ for both locals and tourists in the Northern Rivers area. Visitors can enjoy a range of attractions to suit both young and old.

Parents can relax while the kids enjoy some fun in our fully fenced in waterpark and playground area. Wander through the manicured gardens, then sit back and relax at our fully licensed ‘Turning Point Café’ and enjoy a selection of food and drinks from our menu.

The Garden Centre has a stunning variety of plants, pots, craft and statues to adorn any garden. Choose from with a range of local gourmet products and discover the unique display of ornaments and keepsakes at the Gift Shop.

Don’t leave before taking a walk to our ‘Watts Cottage’ historic Museum. You will be left amazed at our history and background -  a must for everyone!
